Cap 360 leave-days per child; ¥6,000,000 cumulative cap per employer across multiple grants. Portions overlapping MHLW's Ryōritsu-shien grant are deducted (Platinum Kurumin add-on excluded). File Form No.1 plus required docs to the Governor within 3 months after return-to-work, or by 31 Mar of the fiscal year — whichever is earlier.
