The overseas application support project of the Fukushima Industrial Support Center for the eighth year is a system to assist small and medium-sized enterprises within the scope of strategic overseas business development using industrial property rights. In principle, patents, utility models, designs, trademarks, and flash-proof trademarks are applied to the Japan Patent Office at the time of application. Trademarks may be subject to foreign applications that do not have priority rights. Applicants will be excluded by small and medium-sized enterprises, individual business operators, business cooperatives, etc. Foreign applications for regional organizations are subject to Chamber of Commerce, Commerce and Industry, NPO, etc. Applicants must not be clearly neglected to obtain rights in foreign countries, such as the overseas business development plan after the right has been established, the intention to take out trademark counter s, the necessary financial capacity and financial plan, cooperation with EBPM, and cooperation with follow-up research for 5 years after business completion. The application period is from May 11, 2019 to June 12, 2019. Auxiliary rate is less than one second of the auxiliary expenses, up to 3 million yen per year, up to 1.5 million yen per application, utility model, design, and trademark 60 million yen, and 300,000 yen for flash control. Applicant expenses are not applicable to foreign application fees, local agent fees, domestic agent fees, translation costs,技術ling fees to Japan Patent Office, prior technical research expenses, Japanese consumption tax and overseas VAT.
