Summary
1This project is a subsidy for foreign patent application costs such as small and medium-sized companies in Tokyo. We support companies who are trying to utilize excellent technologies overseas by subsidizing some of the costs required for foreign patent applications, examination requests, and interim procedures. 2The target is for small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, general associations, and general corporations who operate substantially in Tokyo as a standard day of April 1, 2019. There are common requirements such as that large companies are not substantially involved in management, there is no delin。ation such as business tax, that they have not received other grants in the same content, and that they are not related to antisocial forces and customs. Fees for direct application, PCT international application, transfer of domestic stages to designated countries, examination fee, interim procedure fee, domestic patent attorney, local agent fee, translation fee, advanced technical survey fee, international investigation fee, international preliminary examination fee, communication fee, transportation fee, and transfer fee related to overseas remittance. On the other hand, domestic applications, domestic migration to Japan, registration fee and maintenance , domestic consumption tax, affiliate transactions, and incomplete expenses are excluded. 4The grant rate is less than one second of the grant amount, and the grant limit is 4 million yen.
