Entrepreneur Support Program (Social Business Track) FY2026

Hyogo Prefecture’s Entrepreneur Support Program (Social Business Framework) is a foundation support grant for the creation of regional demand and the resolution of social issues conducted by the Hyogo Industrial Revitalization Center. We support entrepreneurs who use digital technology to commercialize their business with a promising business plan for the issues that lack service supply in local communities, such as urban development, regional revitalization, parenting, nursing care, welfare, and environmental protection. The target is the representative of the company which started in the social business field from April 1, 2019 to January 31, 2019. The representative is residing in the prefecture or will be residing until the end of January 2019. In the social business framework, the second establishment is not eligible, and is not eligible for general associations, public interest corporations, social welfare corporations, NPOs, cooperative associations, etc. Auxiliary target is rent and construction expenses, equipment, professional expenses, advertising expenses, homepage creation costs, cloud service fees, etc. necessary for business launch. If you use a vacant house for your business, you will also be eligible for the repair and improvement of the properties that meet certain vacant house requirements. The grant rate is within one second of the target expenses. In the case of using a vacant house, the vacant house spend is less than 1 million yen, and the maximum limit is less than 2 million yen. The registration period is required from April 17, 2019 to June 22, 2019.
