The target is a council that meets the requirements of farmers,事 union corporations, farmland 格 corporations,協 associations and other団体 organizations, producers of farm products, organic processed foods manufacturing, distribution and sales operators, or requirements. In GAP, etc., councils including farmers, farmers, etc. and export related businesses are eligible. In general, registration to the GFP community site, absence of gangsters, submission of cross-compliance check sheets to reduce environmental impact, and setting export targets are required. Auxiliary target is a machine lease fee that meets the requirements of new acquisition cost of organic JAS, exhibiting and business meeting for export, etc. In GAP etc., certification examination fee, training guidance fee, environmental maintenance fee, machine leasing introduction fee and business talk fee are eligible. The auxiliary rate is within 1/2 or fixed amount depending on the initiative, and the machine leasing is up to 2 million yen with organic JAS, up to 1 million yen with GAP, training guidance and environmental maintenance are limited. The first organic JAS will be held from May 7 to June 5, 2019, from June 6 to July 7, 2019, from July 8 to August 6, 2019.
