Architectural GX / DX Promotion Project (FY2019)

This national subsidy program supports both green transformation (GX) through Building Lifecycle Carbon Assessment (LCCO2) reduction and digital transformation (DX) to improve productivity across the construction industry. Subsidy covers part of design fees and construction costs when multiple contractors collaborate on architectural BIM data creation, as well as LCCO2 assessment implementation expenses. The program targets not only large-scale projects but also small-scale projects and renovation projects, and supports cases where project owners take the lead in LCCO2 assessment in addition to design offices and construction companies. Once registered as a representative contractor, applicants can submit subsidy applications for individual projects, and expenses incurred after the registration date become eligible subsidy targets. With budget limits and applications subject to closure once the budget is exhausted in fiscal year 2026, early registration and application procedures are critical for success.
