National, Tokyo, and individuals are not eligible for tax。gnation, criminal disposition, gangster relations, etc. Vehicles must be operated by東京都/PHEV bus trucks published as subsidized by the Ministry of the Environment. 3The target cost is the purchase fee of the grant vehicle body, the equipment fee for the rear-end function, the vehicle introduction fee for the lease, or theV modification fee certified by the Ministry of the Environment. Excessive expenses such as optional fees and consumption tax are excluded. Green Management Certification, ISO 14001, Tokyo Cargo Transportation Evaluation System, and V2B and Public Charging System are available. 4The basic amount of the vehicle purchase is calculated by deducting the national auxiliary amount by multiplying the amount of 3/2 (PHEV track 2) to the subsidy base of the Ministry of the Environment. The basic limit of the registered car after April 1, 2019 is 4,400 million yen. The application must be made within 60 days from the slowest date of each arithmetic meeting on the date of completion and until March 31, 2019.
