①Overview: The 6th-Industrialization Promotion Project is a subsidy administered by Anjo City (Aichi Prefecture) under its Agricultural Business Strengthening Project. It supports Anjo-based farmers, agricultural groups and related businesses pursuing "6th industrialization" — linking primary agriculture, secondary processing/manufacturing, and tertiary distribution/sales — to develop and brand local specialties, drive agriculture into the black, raise visibility and expand consumption. The sample plan in the form shows "development and sale of a new product using whole figs (Marugoto Ichijiku Daifuku)", "set-sale with fig tea to emphasize health effects", and "PR for Anjo-grown figs nationally as a new local specialty." ②Eligible applicants: Farmers, agricultural management entities and related businesses operating in Anjo City. The application is filed with the Mayor of Anjo, listing address, organization name and representative. Applicants other than improvement-cooperative and section members must submit the Tax Payment Status Inspection Consent Form (for Anjo municipal tax) for all applicants. ③Eligible expenses & benefit content: The application includes the Project Implementation Plan (Form 3 (No.17), Article 3) covering plan outline, site, period (start and completion), planned expense, and rationale/goal. The Detail Sheet specifies amounts by category (sample: facility expense JPY 400K, product-development JPY 150K, advertising JPY 100K, consumables JPY 25K, miscellaneous JPY 25K — total JPY 700K). Required attachments: ① equipment-investment estimate, ② documents identifying equipment used, ③ documents showing development schedule and sales plan, ④ Implementation Detail Sheet, ⑤ receipt copies, ⑥ photos of implementation, ⑦ Tax Payment Status Inspection Consent Form for every applicant (except improvement cooperatives and sections). ④Rate, ceiling, schedule, application pointers: Subsidy rate and ceiling are NOT specified in the form template captured in raw.txt; they are set separately in the Anjo Municipal Subsidy Award Rules. Implementation results within the fiscal year must be filed together with the Subsidy Application / Implementation Report. Expenses with receipts dated outside the application fiscal year are NOT eligible. Both the implementation start and completion dates must be clearly recorded in the Implementation Plan.
