Akita Prefecture: Subsidy for “Ha Farming Half X”

The support subsidy for the Akita version of "Ha -Ha X" is a system that supports the work of agriculture, forestry and fishing, and the work of people involved in the local development activities. In addition to supporting living expenses for migrant individuals, we provide support for the interim support organization that connects local people and the receiving area, as well as the acceptance business conducted by the corporations and organizations of林 and forest fishermen. The applicant is a business operator specified in Article 3 of the実施 Guidelines, who intends to accept foreign workers to expand the rural population. Specifically, an intermediate support organization that does not matter the form of a corporation or an optional organization, or a group consisting of a corporation or a member of the林 and forest fishermen. Organizations that are arbitrarily set forth by terms, articles of incorporation, and representatives, and need to be independent of accounting, so it is not a system that supports individuals’ experience participation and lifestyle support directly. Auxiliary activities include the operation of local events such as harvest festivals, workshops, farmland conservation and exchange activities, advisory and exchange of opinions as a foreign business. Applicants are not eligible for food and beverage expenses and 30,000 yen or more purchases, including tax, 30,000 yen or more. Auxiliary amount is calculated according to the number of days of activity, and 3,000 yen per day of activity per person is the basic amount. In the case of the Tanada area, 2,000 yen per person per day is added, and the upper limit per business is usually 150,000 yen. In the Tanada area, 250,000 yen is applied. The application deadline is February 12, 2019.
